Returns and Exchanges:

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products unless the merchandise is damaged or misprinted. If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please contact our customer service team immediately.

To take your order we share the information needed to fulfil it with Stripe, which processes payments, and with Printful, which prints and ships your order. Shirtvana does not sell your personal information. By using our website, you agree to our use of these tools.

Shipping:

Your order is printed on demand and usually ships within 2–5 business days. Shipping within Canada is free. After your order ships, delivery is typically about 2 business days to Ontario and about 4 business days to most other provinces; remote and northern communities can take longer. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but delays can occur due to factors outside of our control.

Warranty:

There is no expressed warranty, implied or otherwise, on any of our products. We make every effort to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, but we cannot guarantee their performance or longevity.
