Shirtvana is an online store operated from Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions: [email protected].

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and what you bought.
• When you pay: your payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you browse: standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type.
• If you create an account: your email address and a password, which is stored encrypted.

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order and run the site. We do not sell your personal information.

• Stripe — processes payments. Stripe receives your payment and billing details directly.
• Printful — prints and ships your order. Printful receives your name and shipping address.
• Zoho Mail — delivers our order confirmation and support emails.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console — website traffic measurement.
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security; processes your IP address to serve the site.
• Wordfence — security monitoring, including blocking malicious login attempts.

Some of these providers operate outside Canada. That means your information may be stored or processed in another country and could be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, to keep you signed in if you have an account, and to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not function without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Order confirmations and shipping notices are transactional and are always sent.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below.
