Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada. There is no minimum and no threshold — the price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus tax.

How long it takes

Every Shirtvana tee is printed on demand, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Two things happen:

Printing: 2–5 business days. Your shirt is made after you order it.
Delivery: about 2 business days to Ontario, about 4 business days to most other provinces. Remote and northern communities can take longer.

Orders are printed and shipped from our fulfilment partner’s Ontario facility, so there are no customs charges, duties or brokerage fees on Canadian orders.

Tracking

You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Because every shirt is printed for you specifically, we handle returns like this:

If something is wrong with your order — we fix it, free

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and reship it at no cost to you. You do not need to send the original back.

Change of mind and sizing

Because each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order — it has the actual flat-lay measurements for every size we sell.

If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before you order and we will help you choose.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you do not have it, or tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Cancelling an order

If you need to cancel, email us immediately. We can usually cancel before printing starts, but once a shirt has gone into production we cannot stop it.
