Shipping

How much is shipping?

Free, everywhere in Canada. No minimum order.

How long will my order take?

Printing takes 2–5 business days, then delivery is about 2 business days to Ontario and about 4 to most other provinces. Remote and northern communities can take longer.

Will I pay customs or duty?

No. Your order is printed and shipped from Ontario, so Canadian orders never cross a border.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes, but international orders are charged shipping at checkout and may be subject to customs charges in the destination country.

Products

How are the shirts printed?

Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with water-based inks, on soft ring-spun cotton. The design is printed into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it as a heavy layer.

How do I care for my shirt?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the print.

What size should I get?

See the size guide for real flat-lay measurements. If you are between sizes, size up.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email [email protected] straight away. We can usually help before printing starts, but not once production has begun.

My order arrived damaged or misprinted.

Send us your order number and a photo within 30 days and we will reprint and reship it free. Full details on the shipping and returns page.

I did not get an order confirmation.

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us and we will resend it.
