About This Product

Some names don’t need to be said out loud. This design reads “The Avenue” in serif italic and “FORMERLY KNOWN AS” in bold caps, then puts a solid redaction bar and a small red maple leaf where the name used to be. A monospace line underneath says “NAME UNDER REVIEW · OTTAWA”. It marks the city council’s September 2026 vote to rename a street named after an American celebrity, with the new name still to come from a public consultation.
